This is a wonderful read. I enjoyed the flashbacks to different times of Ever's life. I do not usually read this genre of book, but found myself sucked into her life. I actually got choked up a bit during several chapters. Rebecca is a wonderful writer and has overcome so much in her own life. This is definitely written from the heart.
We never really know or understand what another person is going through. This book lets us in, not so we can pity or feel sorry for their plight, but so that we may rejoice in their strength and fighting spirit.
